How to Reset Service Light BMW E90 3 Series model year from 2005 to 2008


BMW E90 3 Series Service Light Reset
- Instrument panel must indicate correct time and date before resetting service interval indicator.
- Service interval indicator can only be manually reset if its value is below 80% of its life, this is indicated by "!". If "o" is shown the reset can only be changed using diagnostic equipment.

1. Ensure all doors are closed.
2. Switch ignition ON.
3. Press and hold button "C", on the cluster, for approximately 10 seconds until first item is displayed in D screen.
4. Press button "A" to display next item.
5. If displayed item is to be reset: Press and hold button "B" for 3 seconds until the message "Reset?" is displayed.
6. Press and hold button "B" again for at least 3 seconds.
7. Switch ignition OFF.
