How to Reset Service Light Jaguar X Type Estate model year from 2004 to 2005
Switch igntion OFF and within 3 seconds do the following steps:
Press and hold button "C".
Switch ignition ON.
Release button "C".
Press and hold button "B", then press and hold button "C".
The message "RESETTING SERVICE MODE" will appear in display "A".
Keep buttons "B" and "C" depressed for 10 seconds.
The message "SERVICE MODE RESET" will appear in display "A".
Release buttons "B" and "C".
Switch ignition OFF.
Press and hold button "C".
Switch ignition ON.
Release button "C".
Press and hold button "B", then press and hold button "C".
The message "RESETTING SERVICE MODE" will appear in display "A".
Keep buttons "B" and "C" depressed for 10 seconds.
The message "SERVICE MODE RESET" will appear in display "A".
Release buttons "B" and "C".
Switch ignition OFF.
