How to Reset Service Light Land Rover Freelander II model year from 2007 to 2014
Insert key in ignition slot.
During whole procedure do not touch any pedal.
Press and hold button "A".
Press and hold start/stop button to turn on ignition.
Within 10 seconds, release button "A". The message "dISt" or "DATE" will appear in cluster center screen.
Within 10 seconds, press and hold button "A" during at least 5 seconds.
The message "RESET" will be displayed for 5 seconds in the screen.
The message "DATE" or "END" will then be displayed.
If the message "DATE" is displayed, within 10 seconds press and hold button "A" for at least 5 seconds.
The message "RESET" will be displayed for 5 seconds in the screen.
The message "END" will appear in the screen wich indicates the exit of reset mode.
Press start/stop button to switch ignition OFF.
